Ghosts I-IV#116 / 2008-03-29

This comic may not immediately make much sense, so I'll elaborate a bit.

Nine Inch Nails recently released a self-produced instrumental album called Ghosts under the Creative Commons license (the same license Pop Culture Tragedy is published under). You can purchase it directly through their website in a variety of formats, everything from a $5 high quality download (optional FLAC format, sexy) to a $300 ultra-mega edition.

Extending the visual theme, Trent Reznor, in partnership with Google/YouTube, setup a special Ghosts channel. Basically, fans around the world have been summoned to pick songs and match them to visual material for publication on YouTube. Then at some point, Trent and crew will review each submission and narrow them down to a final mini film festival of sorts.

Normally I'd jump all over this and shoot a short film, but unfortunately this comes at a juncture when I have no free time whatsoever. I figured since I've already penciled comics into my schedule, I'd use this medium instead.
