My name is Josh, and I am addicted to potatoes and potato derivatives: hash browns (shredded or patties), home fries, french fries, american fries, tater tots, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, chips, etcetera, etcetera.
I'll eat them plain, or with a dressing like ketchup, or mustard, or teriyaki, or sukiyaki, or soy, or hot sauce.
I am not above mixing potato products, or placing them between slices of rye bread to make a sandwich.
Sometimes while eating potatoes I pass out and wake up the next day confused, but elated to find potatoes within reach.
I am happy to report I haven't eaten potato-anything since breakfast, a couple hours ago.
