It wouldn't be fair to say that rejection has turned me off of sandwiches. If anything, the possibility of success kept me interested in sandwiches much longer than I otherwise would have been.

Pizza is good filler for a while, but damn, I miss falafel. Oooh, and stuffed grape leaves, and humus... AH! Strangely, Las Vegas is sorely lacking in Mediterranean food.
