12/26/2007#69  "The Wild One"

It was never going to work out. I wasn't making enough money to put up with the motivational bullshit and acronyms and half-hearted vision statements. Besides which, the hotel is going to be bulldozed in a couple months, and they'd have left me for dead, deducting my corpse from their books.

It was all for the best.

The timing couldn't have been better. Of course, the hotel might disagree, what with the front desk manager gone on vacation for a month and the rest of the staff little more than a skeleton crew. But such is the danger in worshiping false idols.

Merry Christmass, Marriott.

How long, on average, do you stay with the same employer?

Only humans may vote. Please type the name of the Roman god, deity, and/or hero that appears in the image below into the adjascent text field. Spambots best look elsewhere for the Deus ex Machina.
